ABOUT US
Exodus Group (Pty) Ltd was registered in 2013 by William Simons. The company is owned by a group of previously disadvantaged individuals. Exodus Group is a South African company which is 100% black owned.
We endorse the King’s Commission Report 3 on Corporate Governance. This report aims to create a conducive climate for businesses in South Africa. For this report to work, we require a necessary regulatory framework at the corporate level driven by the respective leaders. In this instance, we are referring to a corruption-free society guided by culture and values; hence we are more determined to lead with integrity and create leadership with a moral compass.
We welcome the opportunity to participate in international forums, i.e., BRICS, World Economic Forum etc. Through these forums, we are able to raise the voice of the African child and form the necessary strategic partnership with BRICS member states. Africa’s glaring challenge remains infrastructure development, as well as the isolation of the continental players in the minerals of our respective countries: this remains a cry of a number of African countries.
